What we collect

The information you send us through our forms, WhatsApp or email: your name, contact details, travel dates and, if you choose to share them, health information needed for your dialysis booking.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare your quote and organise your sessions, hotel and transfers. We share your medical information only with the dialysis centre that will treat you, and with your hotel or driver only what they need.

How long we keep it

We keep booking information for as long as needed for your stay and our legal obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@dialysisturkey.com.
